Huzzah! It’s finally locked in and I can tell you all about the classes I’m teaching in November at Morris and Sons in Melbourne.
If you are available on November 12 AND November 19 and you want to learn how to turn your favourite stitch into a complete pattern for a triangular shawl, then this could be for you.
The workshop is run over two Saturdays so you need to be available for both classes. Each day will be 2.5 – 3 hours.
We will look at how all the different types of shawls are constructed and then focus on top-down, triangular shawls. By the end of the second workshop you’ll have designed your own shawl and have a sample and written pattern to impress your friends with.
It’s going to be a lot of fun and I’ve prepared class notes with lots of examples and easy to follow steps so you can keep designing shawls after the workshops are over. You will need to do some homework between classes.
If you are interested, give Morris and Sons a call on 03 9654 0888 and they’ll give you the full details.
