Description
This colour was inspired by the fashion shades of the 1940s when World War II introduced uniform colours into mainstream fashion.
1940s combines flashes of red, army green, deep blue and grey over a blue grey base.
Sheep Show 8ply yarn has a clean, even twist with good stitch definition and is soft enough to wear next to your skin – making it ideal for all your 8ply knitting and crochet projects. You can wash it on a very gentle machine washing cycle but I really recommend hand washing.
CONTENT – 100% Australian wool
LENGTH – 200 metres / 218 yards
WEIGHT – 100 grams
SUGGESTED NEEDLE SIZE – 4.00 mm needles
CARE – Hand wash in woolwash and dry flat. This yarn is machine washable, but it’s always better to treat your handknits with the extra care of hand washing.
Hand washing in lukewarm water and an approved wool wash will avoid cross staining and help your knitwear look beautiful for longer.
Dry flat in the shade, away from direct heat.
BATCHES AND DYE LOTS – As a result of the hand-dyeing process, each skein will be slightly different even if they were dyed in the same batch. If you order more than one skein, all the skeins you receive will be from the same batch.
When knitting with multiple skeins, alternating skeins between rows will even out any variation.
