Little Yellow Cat Yarn Advent Calendars for 2021 are now available to order!
I’m so happy to introduce my Yarn Advent Calendar 2021. I spent quite a while working out what colour theme to use and I’ve decided that this year’s theme is Maypole.
Drawing on colours from European folk embroidery, blue skies and wildflowers, this years advent calendar will combine reds, blues, straw-golds and neutrals. I want to evoke the feeling of old-fashioned village festivals and summer gardens.
The Advent Calendar contains 24 x 20g mini-skeins to open on December 1 to 24, plus a full 100g skein for Christmas day. The colours are a surprise – you won’t know the exact colours until you open each day’s package, but the image below gives the overall “look and feel”.
